Doane Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2026
CRETE, Neb. - The Doane University Athletics Department is pleased to announce the Doane Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2026 today with the addition of five individuals. The induction will be held on April 17, 2026. This year's class will include under the Athlete category the accomplishments of Mark Wragge (1993), Anthony Dunn (2012), Zack Lindsley (2013), Susan Rollman Lindsley (2013), and under the Coach category, Jeremy Jorgensen.
Wragge was a member of the men's basketball team from 1989-93. Arriving at Doane from Pierce, Neb., he was a two-time honorable mention NAIA All-American his final two seasons with the Tigers. During his junior campaign, Wragge posted 24.4 points and 9.1 rebounds per game while shooting 62-percent from the field and 78-percent from the free throw line. His senior season was nearly identical, posting 25.4 points, 9.1 rebounds, shooting 56-percent from the field and 79-percent from the free throw line. Wragge was recognized as the NAIA Player of the Week and the Sports Illustrated National Small College Player of the Week in January 1993 after posting 118 points and 28 rebounds while shooting 73-percent from the floor in wins over Teikyo Westmar (IA), Concordia and Hastings. At the conclusion of his playing career, Wragge sat fourth on the Doane scoring charts with 1,821 points while averaging 7.2 rebounds per game and a 77.6 free throw percentage.
Dunn was a two-sport athlete for the Tigers from 2008-12 in two premiere positions, quarterback on the football field and catcher on the baseball diamond. The Papilion, Neb., native was a four-time all-conference selection in football and a three-time selection in baseball, capping off his senior season with a pair of First Team honors and receiving the Midlands Male Athlete of the Year honor from the Omaha World Herald. On the gridiron, Dunn helped turn around the Tigers' program over his four years while finishing as the all-time leader in passing yards with 7,716 and third in touchdown passes with 58. In the spring, he set-up behind home plate where he finished his career with 64 runners caught stealing, most in program history. Dunn hit .293 for his career with 161 hits, 24 extra base hits, 103 runs batted in, and 58 walks while striking out only 46 times. The baseball program won a pair of GPAC Championships and advanced to the NAIA Opening Round twice. In addition to his success on the field, Dunn excelled in the classroom and was a four-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete between both sports and a Third Team CoSIDA Academic All-American in baseball.
Lindsley came to the Tigers from Columbus, Neb., and was a 10-time NAIA All-American from 2009-13 in the throws discipline for the track and field program. Over his career, he won 39 events highlighted by a dominant senior campaign that accounted for 26 victories in 39 event competitions. At the NAIA Championships, Lindsley earned indoor All-American honors in the weight throw twice and in the shot put once. During the outdoor season, he earned honors in all four seasons for the discus, twice in the shot put and once in the hammer throw. Consistency highlighted his final two seasons which led to several weekly honors. Lindsley was a six-time GPAC Field Athlete of the Week and a two-time NAIA Field Athlete of the Week. He was the first Doane field athlete to receive the NAIA honor for both the indoor and outdoor seasons. The 2013 GPAC Outdoor Championships capped off eight conference team titles during his time at Doane and Lindsley was named the GPAC Outdoor Athlete of the Year that season.
Rollman took the volleyball court for the Tigers from 2009-12 and made an impact from day one. A Humphrey, Neb., native, she would earn NAIA All-American honors all four seasons for the Tigers while leading the team to three NAIA National Tournament appearances and a GPAC tournament championship in 2012. She was a four-time First Team All-GPAC pick, including Player of the Year honors in 2011, while receiving GPAC Player of the Week honors seven times over her career. Rollman ranked among the national leaders over her career, starting her freshman season as she finished seventh in the NAIA in blocks with 181. The next three years, she was Top 20 nationally in hitting percentage as she posted marks of .366, .360, and .362. During her senior campaign, she was 14th in kills with 531 and 30th in blocks with 136. Rollman finished her career with 1,645 kills, 540 blocks, and a school-record .351 hitting percentage.
Jorgensen headed up the Tiger baseball program from 2008-2016, bringing a consistent winning culture to Doane that continues today. The Tigers won GPAC Championships in 2011, 2012, and 2014 with a postseason tournament title in 2011 as Jorgensen finished his Doane career with 272 wins and a .598 win-percentage. His 2014 team went 20-0 in GPAC play, the first and only team to post an undefeated season in GPAC baseball history. That season, the team had a 26-game win-streak which still stands as the longest in program history and finished with 42 wins. From 2011-15, Doane finished first or second in the GPAC standings each year. Over his Tiger career, Jorgensen's teams were nationally ranked for 26 weeks, defeated a Top 25 opponent on nine occasions, and picked up one win over a NCAA Division I program.
Player development was key for Jorgensen's success and numerous honors would be allocated to his players. The Tigers had three NAIA All-Americans, 77 All-GPAC selections, 15 GPAC Gold Glove winners, two GPAC Pitcher of the Year, one GPAC Player of the Year, 22 GPAC Player/Pitcher of the Week honors, 22 NAIA Scholar-Athletes, and one CoSIDA Academic All-America of the Year. His final mark before stepping away from the program was The JIF, Doane's indoor baseball facility on campus which he completely fundraised for and allows for year-round development for the current players.

Started in 1996, the Doane Athletics Hall of Fame honors the athletes, teams, coaches, and staff service to the department who have achieved excellence in sports. The inaugural class inducted 13 members. Doane has a strong and cherished tradition of athletics dating back to the late 1800s, shortly following the founding of the university.
