Dockweiler Earns GPAC Championship Meet Honor

Doane Men's Track and Field runner Kalen Dockweiler broke the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) meet record in the 3,000m steeplechase. That achievement has earned Dockweiler the GPAC Men's Track Performance of the Meet for 2023.

Dockweiler ran a time of 9:07.89 to win by nearly three seconds. His time not only broke the GPAC record but also the Doane record that had stood since 1985.

His time ranks second in the NAIA this season and has qualified him for the NAIA National Championships.
