Men's Track and Field Host Doane Outdoor Invite

Track and Field put together an impromptu meet with Concordia on Saturday following the cancellation of the Nebraska Wesleyan meet on Thursday.

For the Tiger men on the track, Connor Bradley won the 100m dash in a time of 10.58. Caleb Mulder won the 200m with a time of 22.34. In the 400m, Nate O'Brien won in 50.96 while Eli Marez won the 800m with a time of 1:59.00. Will Dawes took the 1500m in 4:10.28.

In the 110m hurdles, Sander Zutterman finished second in a time of 15.48. Carter Niles won the 400m hurdles with a time of 56.57. Emmanuel Yego won the 3000m steeplechase in a time of 9:47.37. Bradley was joined by JaDae Moore, Chris Vincent, and Andrew Mahoney on the winning 4x100m relay team, posting a time of 41.62.

Carter Reckling won the high jump with the fourth-best mark in program history as he cleared 2.14m. His height meets the NAIA automatic qualifying standard and is the second-best in the NAIA this season. Also in the high jump, Jackson Kessler cleared 2.05m to place second and automatically qualify for the NAIA national meet.

Mike Pulliam took second in the pole vault with a mark of 4.60m. In the long jump, Cameron Leeling won with a leap of 6.54m. Trevor Malone won the triple jump with a mark of 14.39m, meeting the NAIA provisional qualifying standard.

Mason Crumbliss won the javelin with an NAIA automatic qualifying mark of 57.85m. Tad Dimmitt won the shot put with a throw of 15.11m. In the hammer throw, Colton Dillon took fourth with a mark of 48.31m. Carson Lavaley took sixth in the discus with a mark of 37.57m.

Next up for the Tigers will be the GPAC Championships on May 3-4 in Orange City, Iowa.
