Brown Improves NAIA Standard at Loper Twilight

Tiger Track and Field sent a couple of competitors over to Kearney on Saturday for the Loper Twilight.

On the women's side, Grace Dean placed fourth in the discus with a throw of 42.67m (140-00).

In men's action, Christopher Brown improved his national qualifying standard in the discus with a throw of 52.23m (171-04), placing fourth. Andrew Englund had a throw of 46.97m (154-01). Jaden Vollenweider placed 12th in the hammer throw with a throw of 44.96m (147-06).

Next up for the Tiger program is the NAIA National Championships in Marion, Indiana.
