Tigers Fall to NCAA II Simon Fraser

The Tiger wrestling team embarked on a trip to the Pacific Northwest for a weekend swing that started in Snohomish, Washington. The Tigers took on Simon Fraser University, a NCAA Division II squad out of Canada. The Clan was victorious, 44-0, over the Tigers as Doane dropped to 0-3 in dual competition.

Simon Fraser won two matches by pin, three by major decision and three by decision. The Clan also recorded a tech fall victory and an injury victory. The tightest match was at 197 where Ryan Yewchin took on Doane's Kyle Hoffman. Yewchin was able to grab a 4-3 win for SFU.
