Beauperthuy Named GPAC Wrestler of the Week

Men's Wrestling claimed their third straight weekly conference honor as Tyson Beauperthuy has been named the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports Wrestler of the Week. The award is based on the week of December 4-10. This is Beauperthuy's first time receiving the honor as a Tiger.

Doane competed in one dual last week, traveling to Fremont, Nebraska, to take on Midland. In the match, Beauperthuy defeated Connor Rinn by tech fall, 22-7, as he wrestled up a weight class to compete at 197. He improved to 14-1 on the season and 3-0 in conference action. Beauperthuy is ranked No. 5 in the NAIA at 184.

The Tigers are off until 2024 when they return to action at the NWCA National Duals in Cedar Falls, Iowa, on January 5-6.
