Beauperthuy Named GPAC Men's Wrestler of the Week

(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following men's wrestler-of-the-week for contests played January 27-February 2, 2025. Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2024-2025 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.

Tyson Beauperthuy, Doane University – 184lb Weight Class

Doane University wrestler Tyson Beauperthuy is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Wrestler-of-the-Week.  Beauperthuy, a junior from Colorado Springs, Colorado, took down NAIA No. 25 Branson Bottorff with a 19-4 tech fall victory in his lone match of the week. Doane won the dual with the Statesmen, who are receiving votes in the NAIA poll, 47-5.
