Women's Golf has Strong Showing at LTU Spring Break Invite

Women's Golf traveled to Opelika, Alabama, to compete in the LTU Spring Break Invite. The Tigers posted a three-round score of 996 (339-333-324) to place third overall. Doane defeated three Top 50 opponents as ranked by Scoreboard. Two of those opponents are ranked ahead of the 40th-ranked Tigers.

Kaitlyn Dumler placed 12th overall with a 242 (84-83-75). She recorded seven birdies over the three rounds. Connie Jarm finished in 14th place with a 246 (84-78-84). She had three birdies in the tournament. Sydney Streeter tied for 16th with a 249 (83-84-82). She had four birdies in the tournament.

Tia Phaisan tied for 23rd with a 259 (88-88-83). She had 25 pars over three rounds. Payton Morgan finished in 33rd place with a 268 (88-91-89). She had three birdies in the tournament.

Next up for the Tigers will be the Concordia Invite on April 1-2 at Highlands GC in Lincoln.
