Women's Golf Takes Second at Bent Tree

Women's Golf took part at the Bent Tree Intercollegiate on Monday and Tuesday in Council Bluffs, Iowa, at Bent Tree CC. The Tigers posted a 36-hole score of 639 to take second place overall behind host Iowa Western CC.

Connie Jarm tied for third with a two-round score of 154 (78-76). Kaitlyn Dumler and Tia Phaisan tied for 10th with a 161. Dumler posted scores of 80-81 with Phaisan shooting scores of 82-79. Laila Saunders took 12th with a 163 (78-85). Avery Van Horn tied for 18th with a 170 (85-85).

Playing under individual status, Payton Morgan tied for 25th with a 174 (85-89). Jamisyn Kirkpatrick tied for 31st with a 180 (92-88).

The Tigers edged out No. 23 Bellevue this week by one stroke.

Next up for the Tigers will be the GPAC Championships in Cairo, Neb., at Centura Hills GC on April 28-29.
