Women's Tennis Goes on the Road to Top Bulldogs

Doane Women's Tennis stayed unbeaten in conference play on Tuesday with a 5-2 victory at Concordia.

The Tigers earned the doubles points with wins at 1- and 2-doubles. Ava Macke and Liz van der  Torre won 7-6 (7-3) at 1-doubles. Ashlyn Kucera and Nina Ngo won 6-4 at 2-doubles.

In singles action, the Tigers won four of the six matches. At 2-singles, van der Torre won 6-1, 6-1, while Kucera was a 6-3, 6-4, victor at 3-singles. Ngo won her match at 4-singles, 6-2, 6-2, and Grace Schroller was victorious 6-1, 6-1, at 6-singles.

Next up for the Tigers is a trip to Omaha to take on College of Saint Mary on Tuesday, April 11, at 4 PM.
