Women's Tennis Drops Regular Season Finale to Midland

Doane Women's Tennis closed out the regular season on Sunday as they dropped a 6-1 match to Midland. 

The Warriors jumped out early on the Tigers in doubles play, winning all three matches. Doane came back with several close matches at the top of the order. Ava Macke was edged 6-4, 6-3, and Liz van der Torre was edged 6-4, 6-4.

The lone Tiger win came at 4-singles where Nina Ngo won 6-1, 3-6, 6-1.

Doane will be the No. 3 seed in the GPAC Tournament and will take on Saint Mary on April 28.
