CSC Academic All-District Selections Announced

The 2024-25 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District teams have been announced for the Track and Field/Cross Country division. Doane placed the full allotment of five on this year's list.

Recognized for their accomplishments in competition and in the classroom are Josie Garrett, Chaney Nelson, Kaylee Pribyl, Katie Vogt, and Calla Wittland. All recipients of the honor hold a cumulative grade point average above a 3.50.

Garrett was a national qualifier for the Tigers in the 100m hurdles and triple jump for the outdoor season and in the 60m hurdles, high jump, and triple jump for the indoor season. She was a six-time All-GPAC performer between the two seasons, winning both triple jump competitions.

Nelson was an All-American for the Tigers in both 4x400m relay races over the two seasons while also qualifying for the heptathlon during the outdoor season.  She was a six-time All-GPAC performer this year.

Pribyl earned All-American honors for the indoor pole vault as she won the national title. She was a two-time All-GPAC performer, winning the pole vault during both competition seasons.

Vogt was a five-time All-American this year, placing in the indoor 400 and 4x400m relay and the outdoor 400m, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay. She earned All-GPAC honors in five events over the two seasons this year.

Wittland was a national qualifier for the Tigers in cross country. She earned all-conference honors in cross country as well as the indoor and outdoor track seasons. For the year, she was a three-time All-GPAC performer.
