In the second match of the day, Tiger Volleyball hosted No. 12 College of Saint Mary in a conference match. The two teams put forth an exciting match with the Flames outlasting the Tigers for a 3-1 win. Game scores were 23-25, 25-15, 25-14, and 29-27 for CSM.
Frankie Curren-Graff led the team with 14 kills in the match and Taylor Sluka added 12 kills. Camdyn Carpenter finished with 37 set assists. Four different players recorded an ace serve for the team.
On the defensive end, the Tigers recorded 80 digs in the match. Sophia McKinney picked up 21 digs and Carpenter added 18 digs. Anna Sluka and Maddie Busch posted 12 digs apiece. At the net, Doane collected 6.0 team blocks. Olivia Navarro was in on four total blocks.
Next up for the Tigers will be a trip to Seward to take on No. 2 Concordia on Wednesday, September 13.
