Volleyball traveled to Seward on Wednesday evening to take on No. 2 Concordia. The Bulldogs picked up a three set win, 25-11, 25-14, and 25-14.
Taylor Sluka and Frankie Curren-Graff finished with seven kills apiece. Doane finished with a .122 attack percentage while Concordia hit .385 for the match. Camdyn Carpenter finished with 14 set assists.
At the net defensively, Delaney Burge recorded two solo blocks for the team's only blocks of the match. In the back row, the Tigers had 33 digs. Sophia Turek, playing in her hometown for the first time as a Tiger, led the way with 10 digs.
Doane returns home for a non-conference tilt against McPherson on Saturday, September 16. The Bulldogs are receiving votes in the latest NAIA poll.
