Volleyball traveled to Omaha on Wednesday to take on No. 9 Saint Mary. The Flames picked up a straight sets win, 3-0, by scores of 25-17, 25-23, and 25-14.
Olivia Navarro and Frankie Curren-Graff led the Tigers with 10 kills apiece. As a team, the Tigers finished with 36 kills and a .113 attack percentage. Camdyn Carpenter dished out 35 assists for the team.
Defensively, Doane picked up 52 digs. Sophia McKinney led the way with 14 while Anna Sluka and Sophia Turek posted 10 digs apiece. At the net, the Tigers had 4.0 team blocks. Delaney Burge was in on three of the blocks.
Doane will travel to Sioux City on Saturday, October 14, to take on Briar Cliff. First serve is set for 5 PM.
